Top Two Top Ten for the Thrid Time

Hey!

It's 4:30. Ron's out of the house, my mom went to Parent/Teacher Night at school, and it's just my grand pop. So I'm on the computer! Man, that's awesome.

Anyway, today I have the next two top ten's! Ready? Here we go!

1. Top Ten of MY Favorite Characters (Harry Potter~ Not taking into account the Golden Trio or ME!)

1. Neville Longbottom-- Come on, he's so sweet, and so hot, and  such a hidden badass. You have to love him, seriously.
2. Luna Lovegood-- Original and creative, Luna's so sweet and quirky. She doesn't give a shit about what anyone thinks and loves her friends.
3. Draco Malfoy-- He's so sweet when you break him down to it. He didn't want to be evil. He had to kill his headmaster to make his parents proud of him. His parent's don't deserve a kid like him.
4. Nymphadora Tonks-- She was the most badass Hufflepuff to ever walk the Earth! Tonks was fearless, and amazing. She stood by her true love and little Harry until her death.
5. Remus Lupin-- He's so smart and brave at the same time. He's also very sweet, and was often rejected by others for being so sweet and smart.
6. Molly Weasley-- Another hidden badass. And an amazing mum.
7. Fred/George Weasley-- the twins. They're so sweet and hilarious. They brought the best out of everyone and just brightened up a darkened mood.
8. Seamus Finnigan-- "Blow it up? Like boom?" "BOOM!" And that is all I have to say on the matter.
9. Lily Evans-- The kind, brave, sweet Muggle-born Gryffindor who made Harry Potter EXIST. EXIST, PEOPLE. That is all I have to say.
10. Severus Snape/James Potter (tie!)-- Both tied. Snape was apparently always very sweet, and I'm confident that Lily tamed the savage inside of James.

Okay, well, that's about it for that. Now onto the next!

       2. Best Songs From Starkid

1. Status Quo ~ Starship, Joey Richter. Really, this song is amazing. It's all about trying to find where you belong. And, BTW, Zac Efron? Zefron? THIS is how you sing about the Status Quo.
2. I Wanna Be (A Starship Ranger) ~ Starship, Joey Richter. Me too, Joey. Me too.
3. Days of Summer ~ AVPS, AVPS cast. It just has a beautiful tone to it. And also, it reminds me... That Hogwarts... will always be there... to welcome you home. "I'm not going home. Not really." (Daniel Radcliffe/Harry Potter, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone).
4. No Way ~ AVPS, Darren Criss, Lauren Lopez, Joey Richter, Bonnie Gruesen.  I love this song because this is exactly one of the things Harry Potter's all about--never give up, guys. Do what you do as long as you can. "No, we can't just become Death Eaters! We are gonna fight! And we are gonna fight... so hard... that we are gonna win!" 5. Get Back Up ~ Starship, Lauren Lopez, Joe Moses, Julia Albain, Dylan Saunders, Joe Walker. Again about never giving up. "You've just got to... get back up. Get back up, dammnit! GET. BACK. UP!" (Lauren Lopez/Taz, Starship.)
6. Goin' Back To Hogwarts ~ AVPM, AVPM Cast. Harry and his friends are back for another fun year of learning shenanigans at Hogwarts! ... Or are they? "And you have to admit, there's something really funky goin' on with the back of his head." (Bonnie Gruesen/Hermione Granger, A Very Potter Musical.)
7. Cho Chang's Song (Ginny Version) ~ AVPM, Darren Criss. This totally speaks about how cutely oblivious Harry is to his love for Ginny for, like, five years. Stupid Cho Chang. "She's far more... attractive, far more appealing, far more interesting than anybody... I know... in--in my immediate group... of... of friends!" (Darren Criss/Harry Potter, A Very Potter Musical.)
8. Harry Freakin' Potter ~ AVPS, AVPS cast. They were seriously this surprised in the books as well. Not in the movies, because they cut that out. But still, the books.
9. Guys Like Potter ~ AVPS, Tyler Brunsman, Joe Moses. Darren Criss (the GENIOUS!) managed to cram all of Snape's love for Lily and hatered for James all into one song.
10. Those Voices ~ AVPS, Darren Criss, Nicholas Joeseph Strauss-Matathia. This song is so meaningful, and beautiful, that I almost cried the first time I heard it. I never cry. Nick has an amazing voice, and so does Brian Holden, for the times he had to preform it. It's an amazing song all together, and it describes Harry's feelings about Sirius Black, the mirror of Erised, and his parents perfectly. Darren Criss could very well be my hero.

Well, that's about it. Anyway... what's that you say? More info on the contest on Friday? Of course! So, it's being held on my pet fanpage on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/pages/The-Very-Potter-Musical/169254346418594) on which I am an admin--"Hermione". It'll be Starkid Questions, Harry Potter questions, everything I blog about here. "Those without Permission Slips will be killed... and they won't be allowed to go, it'll be so much fun!" (Joe Moses/Severus Snape, A Very Potter Sequel.)

So, you'll have to pick a house (For Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw. For Pigfarts: Gryddlecakes, HuffinStuff, SlickAndSick, and RavenSimones.) and just answer the questions, define the word, pick the correct answer, or finish the lyrics. It's really simple, and quite fun. Draco may admin it too, if I can get her to do so. I dunno when I'll release the final points, but we'll see.
