Justin VS. Justin VS. Amanda Knox?!

Hey! Back from school! Mondays suck. I think we should have off Mondays. And Fridays. And Tuesday.... and Wednesday..... And Thurs--no, you know what? Scratch that, keep Thursday. They suck anyway.

But today was okay. This is what happened:

• My friend told me that it's hard to understand me cause I only speak awesome.
• We all joined in and gave my Asian friend a group hug while he awkwardly stood in the middle saying, "Neville, why do you look like a peacock?" (His hair is all spiky and stuff. XP)
• This prissy girl asked Neville if he could see his peacock, and he said, "Yeah,  sure, just close your eyes and open your mouth." (Oh God... XD)

Anyway, as for my fanfictions, I've got a chapter done for TRR, but it's so bizzare...

And my Geormione fanfiction is already done, I'm just lengthening it for Quizazz.

And my twins/OC is just... crazy. Just like Umbridge's mama.

Now, onto real news. (Okay, that last bit was real news, but serious news.)

Amanda Knox.

I don't have ALL that strong of an opinion, but I don't think she comitted the murder. I dunno. But she might've done what they comitted her for. Three years... here's hoping she actually did what they sentenced her for. Here, read this clipping from an online news paper article by TIME about how strong the evidence on Knox was:

An American student on trial for murder can count on support 6,000 miles away in her native Seattle. There, one of Amanda Knox's most vocal backers is attorney Anne Bremner, who has offered her counsel pro-bono to the accused's family and is a spokeswoman for friends of Amanda. On Friday, she sat down with TIME to go over the case against Knox, who took the witness stand on Friday in her murder trial.

Video footage from the crime scene of British student Meredith Kercher's murder flickers on a laptop screen as Bremner points out what she deems critical flaws in the collection of evidence. After placing rulers on the sides of a bloody shoe print, for example, a blue-rubber-gloved hand reaches down with a piece of white cloth and scrubs the bloody mark off the tile floor before putting the cloth into an evidence tube. This happens three times for three separate footprints. In film footage taken at least a day later, another team of investigators attempts, using photographs, to place where the footprints had been. "They should have lifted the tile," Bremner says, shaking her head.
In what is surely a well-rehearsed demonstration by now, Bremner goes on to address the case against Knox, point by point. The prosecution, she says, is most likely relying on a knife found at the house of Knox's then boyfriend and fellow accused Rafaelle Sollecito. That knife has Knox's DNA on the handle and what some forensic scientists say is Kercher's DNA on the tip. But Bremner dismisses the idea that it is the knife that killed Kercher: "They never found the murder weapon." Bremner claims that a bloody print on the bed linens conveys the shape of the actual murder weapon and that the knife in question "doesn't match an outline of the knife on the bed." Additionally, Bremner says, expert testimony has already indicated that at least two of the wounds on Kercher's neck couldn't have been made by that particular blade. That aside, she points out, it's not surprising that Knox's DNA would be on its handle; she prepared dinner with Sollecito in his apartment.

As to whether the DNA on the tip belongs to Kercher, experts disagree. Patrizia Stefanoni, a police forensics expert who testified in the pretrial hearing in May, suggested that it was Kercher's DNA on the tip of the knife — and that the way the genetic material was positioned indicated the knife had probably been used to puncture the skin. But other experts who have analyzed the DNA evidence for the defense suggest that poor sample quality and possible contamination undermine the accuracy of these results.

Contamination was also likely with the DNA found on Kercher's bra clasp, Bremner says, pointing out that the clasp wasn't collected until more than two months after the murder and that throughout film footage of the crime scene investigation it periodically changes location — suggesting it was picked up and moved several times.

Anyway, I can't very well judge if she's guilty or not--I'm not a judge.

In the books he was all prejudice and weird and stuff. And in the movies he was this creepy blond kid. And I liked Justin Flinch-Fletchley in the movies, but not the books. Poor Justin... gettin' petrified and stuff. But then again in the books, Justin, bein' all pompus and stuff.

I WANT TO RENT OUT THE STAPLES CENTER TO GIVE FORTY-THREE PUPPIES A HOME! AND CAN I HAVE IT?! NOOO!). And the fact that he wears women's clothing disturbs me. O.o But otherwise, he's okay. I don't want to kill him.

In other news, I updated both my Draco fanfiction AND my Weasley fiction. And may I just say, I've always wanted Hermione and Ron to get together more than anyone else, ESPECIALLY Fred or George. Ron and Hermione are, like, part of my top ten favortite pairings. ♥ BIG Ronmione shipper here. And I'm thinking of writing a Ron/Hermione fanfiction soon.

I'm also writing a _____ (insert name of twin)/OC fanfiction. She'll probably be a Hufflepuff (but it won't be George/Sarah) or a Ravenclaw, cause I've writtien SO many Gryffindor fanfics.

I dunno. Maybe her name'll be Astoria, or something very pretty like that. (Astoria's already been used in the series... right?)

Well, I better get going. It's shorter than yesterday, but to make up for that, here's a picture that made me bawl my eyes out. This is called last words. BUFFALO, N.Y. — Taunted since grade school for hanging out with girls, 14-year-old Jamey Rodemeyer told his parents things were finally getting better since high school started. Meanwhile, on a blog his parents didn't know about, he posted increasingly desperate notes ruminating on suicide, bullying, homophobia and pop singer Lady Gaga.

A few days later, he killed himself outside his home in suburban Buffalo, quickly gaining a fame like that described in one of his idol's songs. Activists, journalists and Gaga herself seized on the suicide, decrying the loss of another promising life to bullying. A cherubic school picture of him pervaded the Internet and television, as well as a video he had posted earlier about his experience.

Tracy Rodemeyer said her son was hurt deeply by words from the time he was very young. Boys started picking on him in elementary school, she said.

"People would say, 'Oh my god, you're such a girl. What are you, gay?' That kind of stuff," she told The Associated Press in an interview last week.

By middle school, the bullying was overwhelming, she said. His friends would report the abuse, and school officials would pull the boy and the alleged bullies into the office. Rodemeyer also regularly saw a school social worker, who would call his mother after meetings.

"People would be like `faggot, fag,' and they'd taunt me in the hallways and I felt like I could never escape it," he said in a YouTube video posted in May as part of columnist Dan Savage's "It Gets Better" project, which seeks to give voices and hope to bullied gay and lesbian teenagers. The teen's video has now been viewed more than a million times.

One of my best friends hangs out with a lot of girls. Hell, me, Luna, and Draco are his best friends. Kids call him gay. And then I tell him they're stupid, they're wrong. He's hanging out with all the gorgeous girls, while they play football, which consists of grabbing other dude's asses and wearing tights. He laughs and says they don't bother him. But they do. You can tell they do. And I NEVER EVER want him to kill himself. NEVER.

Wow. I never really got serious on this blog before.

Anyway, I'd just like to say, that if you are straight, gay, lesbian, pansexual, transsexual, bisexual, or just confused--I accept you completely and fully. You are a person, just like any other person, and you each have your own life to live. Jamey was literally bullied to death. And if you have come out, and you're facing bullying, but you're pulling through--you are my hero. Keep holding on.

And if you're bullying someone, I'd just like to ask you to turn yourself in. Please. Jamey Rodemeyer died because his friends were girls. SO?! EVERYONE HANGS OUT WITH THE OPPOSITE GENDER SOMETIME IN THEIR LIFE. I hang out with a lot of dudes. DOES THAT MEAN I'M LESBIAN?! No! It just means I think boys are less bitchy than girls! Problem, biches?

I thought not.

And if you are bullying someone, I have one thing to say to you:

Karma's only a bitch if you are.

So, if you're being bullied, go to your teacher, your principal, your parents, the cops, your neighbor, your seven foot tall uncle, or ANY adult that could help and tell them right away. Don't try to take action into your own hands. Don't try to hurt anyone, don't spread rumors, don't try to plan revenge, and, most importantly, DON'T KILL YOURSELF. EVER. Please. I mean it.
